How to create ticket at Advansoft Help Desk
This guide is to help on how to submit ticket using Advansoft Help Desk.
We will start on the Service Desk page:
1. Click on “Submit a ticket”.
2. Insert customer Name.
3. Insert customer Email.
4. Choose priority for the problem.
5. Insert subject for the problem.
6. Insert detail information about the problem in the "Message" section.
7. Insert image or document that relate to the problem in the “Add file” section.
8. Enter the “SPAM Prevention” code.
9. Click on "Submit Ticket" to complete the process.
10. If want to view the ticket submitted, press the “View your ticket”. The ticket can also can be open through the link inside the email that been inserted in step 3 above.
11. It will display the ticket submitted in detail.
There is a other method to submitting ticket, is just by sending email to : support@myadvansoft.com . It will automatically convert the email into a ticket.
