ODM-Web Home Page / Dashboard

Once login to the system, the Home page of ODM-Web will be displayed, where the dashboard will be shown. The dashboard provides a glance of the important information that the login user would like to monitor closely.
 
The list of widgets that is available for display are:
    • Alarm
      • Active Alarm Summary (available in Pie chart or Table format) 
        • to display all the current latest alarm that is still active in respective tag group
      • Historical Alarm Summary  
        • to display the summary of alarm event history count for respective tag groups.
      • Top 10 Alarm  
        • to display the top 10 tags that has the most alarm event count
  •  
  •  
    • Data Trending
      • XY Trend – Tag(s) Value vs Time  
        • to display multiple pen trending of tag(s) value for the selected time range

 

    • Task
      • Task Completion Summary (available in Pie chart or Table format)
        •   to display the current task completion status for the selected date time range
      • Incomplete / Missed Task (table format)
        •   to display the task that is yet to be completed and task that has become missed
      • Task Completion Compliance (XY Trend)
        • to display the total % completed tasks over time (by daily, weekly or monthly display)
Note: Completed task includes task with status Completed (on time, overdue, missed) and Abort. Task count is based on task’s start time. Total tasks count includes Active and Upcoming task. % task completion is calculated based on average of daily % task completion (if no task is found for the day, it will not be included in the averaging).
 
      • Missed Task Vs Date Range (bar chart)
        •  to display total missed tasks over time (by daily, weekly or monthly display)
Note: Task count is based on task’s due time
      • Missed Task Vs Location (bar chart)
        • to display total missed tasks by each location
      • Time Utilization by Location (bar chart)
        • to display task time utilization for respective tag group
Note:  Task with 0 mins will not be displayed

 

      • Completed Task by Category (bar chart)
        • to display total completed tasks by each category
      • Completed Task by Location (bar chart)
        •  to display total completed tasks by each location
 
      • Task Completion by Location (bar chart)
        • to display total completed, aborted and missed tasks in %, by each location
Note: Total tasks count includes Active and Upcoming task.
      • Completed Task Overview Over Time (XY Trend + bar chart)
        •  to display total completed tasks over time
        •  to display total completed tasks by each task status in bar chart
 
Notes:
-Completed task includes task with status Completed (on time, overdue, missed) and Abort. Abort is not included if aborted task is displayed separately on the chart
-Task count is based on task’s start time
-The details page directed from the widget is based the date range on calendar basis
 
      • Crew Performance by Category (bar chart)
        • to display total completed tasks by each crew and category
      • Crew Performance Over Time (XY Trend)
        •  to display total completed tasks in %, by each crew over time
Note: Total tasks count does not include Active and Upcoming task and is based on task that is assigned / related to the Crew only. % task completion is calculated based on average of daily % task completion (if no task is found for the day, it will not be included in the averaging).

Managing Dashboard Layout

The display of the dashboard can be customizable, with selectable widgets, its size & position. The customized dashboard can be saved as your favourite layout which you can load easily and share with other users.

Each widget has its own settings and configurable by user.
The general settings are:
    1. Date range – When this is enabled, the display of the widget will be based on the selected date range. Otherwise, it will be based on the selected general date time range on the dashboard page.
    2. Specific Location / Equipment or Tag Group
    3. Task Category
    4. Widget Title
    5. Widget width size and position

 

Saving the Layout as Favorites

After the layout is customized with the widgets added and configured, you may save the layout as one of your favourites.
In order to save the layout:
    1. Please click on the “Favourites” icon and select “Save as”.
    2. Input the layout name and its category name
    3. Check on the “Default layout when login”, if you would like this layout to be loaded, whenever you login to the dashboard page
    4. Check on the “Viewable by public”, if you would like this layout to be available to other users within your site
    5. Check on the “Editable by public”, if you would like this layout to be editable or modified by other users
    6. Click on the “Add” button to add and save the new layout

 

Load & Manage your Favorites Layout

Once the layout has been saved, you may load it back easily by:
    1. Clicking on the “Favourites” icon and select “Load”. Or you can click on the “Name of the layout” right away.
    2. The list of layouts that is accessible to the user will be displayed
    3. Double click on the layout and the layout will be loaded and displayed.
In order to edit the layout’s properties or remove the layout, just click on the “Edit” or “Remove” icons on the “Edit” column accordingly.
