Task Scheduling
ODM Task Scheduling system enables user to schedule a task:
-
- to be started and completed within a pre-defined time range
- to be assigned to specific group of users
- to include specific template / tag group
- to be approved by specific approval workflow
- to alert users any incomplete or missed tasks
- to be recurrence over a period of time
ODM task scheduling system enables user to set the time schedule of each task that will trigger the data collection once the time is within the pre-set schedule. At the same time, the task scheduling engine will also trigger the incomplete status if the task is not completed within the specified time frame. This feature is to create awareness to all users of their respective current tasks status, schedule targets, tasks that are incomplete or missed, and upcoming tasks.
The schedule can be configured as reoccurrence or ad-hoc type, and be assigned to selective user groups, shift or particular user. Once there is a task schedule set up, user will able to monitor their respective task status easily via the ODM-Mobile or ODM-Web software. The task summary, which shows the summary and statistical information of the task completion performance can be easily retrieved and viewed via the ODM-Web.
