Setting up Category and Priority
Category & Priority Management
Category is used to organize and breakdown the range of data or settings in ODM into discrete groups that is similar or related.
The category in ODM can be defined is any free text form and can be used in Location, Equipment, Template. Task, Log Book and Action. Typical category example are such as follows to differentiate:

- checklist template or task. E.g Proactive Task, Ownership Task, Structure Round, Ex-Inspection Checklist, etc
- log book event. E.g Fire Safety, HSE, Maintenance, etc
Priority is used to rate the criticality / important level of the particular data that is logged or reported. Priority in ODM will be defined in unique number and its sequence will represent the priority rating.
